I met with one of the most efficient recruiters today and I have a feeling that it is likely representative of the entire firm. 1. Asked to meet. Didn't request resume. I mean they contacted me through LinkedIn after all. 2. Did brief introductions. Asked skillset questions. 3. Went immediately to expected compensation. I set my minimum which was outside of their range. 4. Call ended because compensation would not be on par. This was literally the perfect phone call and one I wish I had with more recruiters.
