Is recruiting a career where you can develop routines?

Post Body

In the past I have done supply chain work previously. After a good 2-3 months of getting my bearings I developed a solid weekly routine I find that as long as I have some semblance of a routine in a given job, I'm good. I can get into work and most importantly know what I'm getting into. Media work was relatively the same, if much more fast-paced with story turnaround. It's kind of like a zen state.

I had a previous position in which my manager would constantly assign me things towards the end of day, expected due by the end of day.. so think giving someone 45 minutes to do a task that takes an hour or more. We had strict 8h schedules so I often had to work beyond my hours.. not a good time. I figure recruiting will be a grind, but not that bad.
