Anyone else feel as though we're going to see foreclosures coming over the next few years as boomers age?

A friend of mine is a small investor and he thinks he'll do well as boomers age, get sick, move into homes, etc and their homes are either sold or foreclosed on. I don't see it but maybe because I'm a boomer!
