Ok so here it goes,

We met on tinder and from then he was so head over heels for me, he complimented me every single time we met. But I just didn’t wanna put the label of bf to him yet cause even something in me knew that this wouldn’t last. But I didn’t expect it would last only weeks. We would go for dates and he would take me to nice places and almost paid for everything since he has a job and I’m still a student. We would go over to his sisters’ apartment to get a lil cozy and tbh I kinda started liking him more. But then one day he lost his phone (which is true) so I had to lend him like a huge amount of money since he had some work. I thought to myself since he had been paying for almost everything why don’t I just let him borrow money. I trusted him that he would return it back. But before the money got returned he was nowhere to be found. My texts won’t get delivered, I called him like a 100 times now but it still rings but there’s no response. It wasn’t even like right after he borrowed money he disappeared, we went on quite a few dates after that which involved no money. We were happy. But one day I was waiting for him and the waiting has never ended apparently. What do u guys think ? Why do guys ghost us for no good reason ? Even after saying he’s in love with me ? Can I not trust guys anymore ?

Can anyone in the future really change my perception of guys ? I really wanna be in love and date happily. And for fuck’s sake I ain’t lowering my standard in men anymore. They should be handsome no matter what if they gonna play dirty to me like this. I’m ashamed I got played by an average guy like that.
