I’m a Chicagoan who’ll be visiting New Orleans Halloween weekend. I’ll be staying in the French Quarter. Never been before so I am really excited to see everything the city has to offer. I’ll be there from the 28th to the 31st - just three days, so I want to make sure I make the most of it and see everything there is to see before I have to leave.
