Hey reddit, what's the last memory you had that you can remember fully? By fully, I mean that you remember the smells you experienced, how the air felt on your skin, and the lingering notes of what you last ate. I honestly would say 3 years ago for me, and that's way too long.
I'm in my late 20's and probably going through some sort of life-crisis (hopefully not mid-life). For the last few years, my life's been all about my career and focusing on the next rung of the ladder. Honestly, I haven't felt satisfied with my life in a long time and I genuinely just want to be happier. This is me, announcing to the world, that I'm trying to change my life and hoping to find people who'd love to join me on this journey.
I'm trying to seek nectar. I'm trying to take my daily life, look closer, and find joy/life/glimmer within life. I want to live fully in the present and stop stressing so much about the next deadline. Even though it sounds like I'm giving up on my career, I feel like my previous over-anxiety actually hindered me. Trying to balance everything out so that I'm able to make progress in everything.
A little about me: 27-year old vietnamese-american that moves all around the US for work. Currently in the south for the first time and I like it! Looking for genuine conversations where you and I can learn and grow as people. Hoping for long-term conversations and hopefully not too much small talk.
I feel most like myself in nature. I love hiking, biking, and kayaking. I love being active so hot yoga and tennis are my current vices. Other interests include reading, watching movies, building/sharing playlists, and honestly just trying new things.
If you're feeling like how I'm feeling or you're looking to build a genuine connection, I'm your guy. Let's talk! Regardless, I hope you have a good rest to the week!
