Good local / not-touristy bars?

We’re staying in the touristy part of the city- beautiful but of course, most places cater to tourists! Any recommendations for low-key places to hang out for a drink? Preferably with non-alcoholic options as well? I have Bar Ste Angèle bookmarked-
