I've seen a lot of threads about extreme tiredness where people have been advised that it should go away within a few weeks. I've been on prozac for 2 years, and have been suffering from extreme exhaustion for about a year, which coincides with my dose being raised. I didn't really put the 2 things together, and have been having blood tests and such to see what's causing the tiredness, but nothing has been found.

I'm just wondering if it's possible that this is a side effect of prozac that won't go away. And if so, how long after weaning myself off prozac would I likely feel better if it was the cause?

I'm currently weaning myself off and have gone from 40mg daily to 20mg every other day (only have 20mg capsules so can't take a lower daily dose) was planning on continuing on this dose for another week and then stopping completely.
