Hey everyone,
So I have a project in CC 2018 with about 50 different source videos. Most have 29.97 FPS, however, some have 24, some 25, one has 60 etc. The resolutions (and sometimes aspect ratios) also vary.
Now, if I export the whole thing, the video lags (frame jumps) quite notably, but only for the passages which contain the source clips with 29.97 frames. This happens regardless of the output file's framerate, resolution, codec etc. There are also no problems when playing the source videos individually (w/ a media player) or previewing in Premiere itself - the issues only appear at the very end.
It couldn't find anyone else on the internet with this problem, let alone a solution. Any suggestions?
EDIT: After some experimentation, I found out that if you set the time interpolation method of all the individual clips to optical flow while leaving the export setting at frame blending, it mostly fixes this issue. Small stuttering, however, still occurs sometimes, but that might be to the limits of the optical flow interpolation.
