So most programs that reject you defer you to the MD program. While a very nice gesture, I feel like itβs almost trivial, especially this late in the cycle. Why consider my primary and secondary apps for an interview for months (since early July) and reject in late December/early January and defer to the MD program. I feel like the odds of them having any space at all is very slim. I did get an interview for an MD program in late November but I still feel like this is trivial (unless the program tells the MD program that they should heavily consider an app). Am I the only one who feels this way?
