Adjusting training on a cut?
Post Body

This is something where I see so much different information and I'm just confused at this point. I'm going to start cutting and want to maintain as much muscle and strength as possible. I have a lot of fat to lose (currently ~35%) So I know I will lose some and know I'll just have to deal with it when I get there.

I'm currently running madcow. Should I keep running this? Should I switch to something like 5/3/1 Triumvirate. I feel like BBB might be too much volume. I want to add about 30 minutes of steady state cardio this is both for fat loss and general stress relief. (I have GAD). So how do you guys (gals) switch up your routine on a cut?
