People say my 140kg bench is weak compared to other lifts?? Is this true?
Post Body

I'm 23yr old male, 88kg (196lbs) 9 6ft 1

Been training for about 2 years now

My bench is 140kg (309lbs)

Deadlift 230kg (507lbs)

Squat 185kg (406lbs)

What do you guys think? Is my bench weak in relation?

Comments

No, not weak at all brother. Obviously we can always be stronger but that is not weak.

This is solely my opinion based on sports and lifting but 3 plates, 4 plates, 5 plates (bench/squat/deadlift) is the beginning of strong. Very good numbers that all able bodied men can hit but most never will (but lots of people will make false claims).

I also gave a 100 pound variation between my squat and deadlift (475/575) that I’m working on improving. I’m also 260 and 37. You are strong as fuck my guy.
