What are your postcards?

Do you find that you tend to buy postcards or make them? If you do make them, how do you do it? Do you get card stock then just decorate one side with stickers, different colors, etc.? Ironically, I find no postcards of any sort in the city I live. I would probably have to an hour or two away to a "tourist" type city to buy some postcards. So, I thought about getting card stock and just making them. I was wondering if anyone had experience with that.
