tl;dr I've been poly for about 10 years now. At the moment I have about four different partners. For the past year or so I haven't been enjoying polyamory. It's just gotten exhausting with my other life responsibilities and it doesn't feel fulfilling. I don't feel like I have a great connection with any of my partners since I see them each about once a week (or less). I want something more consistent and stable.

There's a lot of advice out there on how to get started in polyamory, but is there any advice on how to transition out of it?

I have no regrets about polyamory. But I've changed in the last 10 years and it's no longer meeting my needs.
