hey y'all !
i'm a 23f & i want to take up pole fitness. i'm not flexible at all but i'm fit. my boyfriend is pushing my to do it cause it'll help with my back pain. to all former and current polers, any advice?
UPDATE ; i signed for a pole class. 3 people max i'm so excited! like i said i'm not flexible but i would love to learn how to do a simple split. advice on that would be just to keep stretching??
