Obviously Giratina is one of the most useless lvl 5 bosses to have stuck around for an extended period of time. This situation has forced many players to search for lower level raids. However, the circumstance is that basically every available raid is underwhelming.
Lvl 1 raids are full of useless fodder other than shinx, lvl 2 has equally useless fodder other than kirlia, which itself has been around for so long that it doesnt appeal anymore.
Lvl 3 raids have useless mons like granbull, sharpedo, and non-legacy gengar. Machamp is the only one worth doing to help newer players.
Lvl 4 raids basically dont spawn at all, and when they do, it ends up being a houndoom. Why is houndoom in raids in the first place? And why is there 5 potential bosses in the lvl 4 pool? The chances of getting something interesting like a Tyranitar or togetic is virtually none.
Overall, the lack of interesting bosses and the useless pokemon presented has made this raid cycle one of the worst to have occured.
