Pokemon Bank erased a box of Pokemon

I'm working on finishing a living pokedex and just transferred 91-120 over. It went through as usual and everything seemed to work fine. I went back to move 121-150 over and 91-120 is completely empty on the bank :( I've used it plenty of times on multiple games and never had any problems, but tonight it deleted an entire box. I don't imagine there's anything to be done about it - I guess I'm lucky it was 91-120 and not 121-150. Anyone else experience this?
