I played Gen 1-3 as a kid, have recently messed around in Gen 4 a lot, and just now planning to get into Gen 5 sooooo... I'm a little behind lol so please bear with me.

My question is, is it still possible to get a Drizzle Politoed in-game in Pokemon Black? Based on my Google results I am not sure.

It looks like you have a 1% chance to get a Hidden Ability Poliwhirl from a Hidden Grotto in Black 2, but I was curious if there was a way to get it the first Black, as I would like to start there for Gen 5. I like to do Battle Tower in Gen 3 and 4, so I am trying to plan some teams for Battle Subway in Gen 5 and I love rain teams.
