Orange tree leaves with weird pattern

Post Body

So I bought this orange tree last year. It’s been the summer on my balcony and develop very well. For the winter I took it inside, into my room. I have let’s say an average temperature between 16 and 20°C throughout winter. During summer I watered the tree at least once a week, during winter now maximum every second week a little bit.

Recently the tree started losing its leaves. It didn’t do that in the last months. But during the last months it started developing these colored patterns.

Is this problematic? I appreciate all input!
