Saving for a new piercing next month, what should I get?

I'm open to moving the pride neometal piece to a new piercing or getting new jewelry. Any advice? I have pretty small ears, so not much real estate... I would love a conch and once that heals doing a hoop with a trapped ball in the conch. Was also thinking of doing a flat by the freckle on my right ear. Thoughts?
