Advice on nipple piercing please!!

Hey! So im planning on getting a nipple piercing in December, as I’ll be away from my family and I’ll be able to let it heal properly, but tbh I’m a bit scared, I’ve heard it hurts a lot. So I’d really appreciate every tip under the sun to make this a not so bad experience (I even have my jewelry already)

Oh bra! I tried many different types and found that my T-shirt bra was the most comfortable with a sports bra (not too tight) being the close second
