Ngayon lang ako naging seryoso about considering to sell my house. So maraming realization and ngayon lang ako nagriresearch. Just now I discovered na may bounty fresh only 7kms away from the subdivision. based sa fb page ng subdivision (nagbackread ako) may areas sa dulo na minsan amoy sya. nasa malapit kami sa gate banda and sa ilang dalaw ko doon never ko sya naexperience. Naisip ko is that why hindi tumataas yung value? sure may ongoing mrt construction pati yung smc airport but that's 28kms away, mas malapit pa rin yung poultry sa bahay. Given these facts, may chance pa kaya tumaas value nung property? Naisip ko baka this is why ang water supply ng subdivision e sa tank pa galing since I imagine na mahirap maglagay ng maynilad lines kung may malapit na poultry.

TLDR: I'm worried that a nearby poultry will lower the chance of increasing my house and lot's value despite mrt and airport projects in the area
