One year ago this month I quit Phenibut after taking 1 gym/ night for 1 year. I quit cold turkey at the same time I quit Klonopin ( I took it for 34 years) cold turkey. It was the worst period of time in my 67 years of my life. Hallucinations, severe insomnia, tinnitus, akathisia, tremors…… for 8 months! Finally I found a psychiatrist who put me back on Klonopin and never took Phenibut again. I am a functioning man again. I will never touch Phenibut again.
