I'm a newly CPT and working at a local established gym. 2 of our members have their 10 year old daughters do a 60min training session together two nights per week. One of the girls is high functioning autistic, both are capable of most basic exercises/instructions. I'm taking these sessions over from another trainer who left for the Coast Guard. Last week, I ran the session with him to get a feel for it. Basically we worked on basic squatting form, stretching, did some running drills and added a few tennis ball tosses in at the end. The girls had fun. Tonight is my first time solo with them. Any ideas or suggestions for some fun activities or age appropriate exercises or drills?
