I know a guy that looks like a model and is in phenomenal shape, but he gives some of the worst advice and tips imaginable. I genuinely knew more when I was 12. Naturally being in great shape doesn't nesscarily mean you're going to be good at helping people achieve their fitness goals. On this note, what do people think the most important questions to be able to answer are for a Personal Trainer?
Psychology, get good with it, and ask open-ended questions, bring emotions into it whenever you can.
Referral system ASAP.
Regressions over progressions.
