I used Eharmony during the height of Covid. I signed up for a month and quickly found it wasnt for me. I deleted my profile and unsubscribed. I come to find out they claim i signed up for the $365 yearly membership with auto renewal. I confirmed with eharmony though email that the last time i used their service was 8/21/20 and the renewal for my profile was 4/21/21. They stated they tried to charge me but because they couldnt they sent it to collections. Considering this is a subscription service and you must pay before using their paid services and i havent used their service 8 months prior to their claim of auto renewal, what are my options here? Because its on my credit even though i dont have a profile and havent used their service in a year and 5 months.
