Life insurance at 50 with wealth
Post Body
Wife and I have mid 7 figures in assets and currently pay about $1k/mo for term and permanent coverage of $1.5mm each.
At this point, I’m thinking that we are pretty much self-insured at this point and don’t need the continued insurance.
If one of us dies early, the other will be fine. If we both croak, there’s plenty for our two kids. Is there anything I’m missing here?
