Backdoor IRA - Above IRA income limit
Post Body
Iām above IRS income limit to be able to contribute to Roth-IRA. So Iām planning to start going backdoor RothIRA route. Since the money i will be putting into traditional IRA now is after-tax money (and I cannot claim that in tax returns because of my high income), the conversion of this money into Roth IRA should be straightforward and no other tax implications effect me?
