Paying rent with credit card to landlord who only accepts checks
Post Body

What's the best way to go about this? I'm in a temporary situation where assets are dwindling, yet I have plenty of available credit. My landlord is small-time and will only accept payment by personal check.

Here are the 2 options I'm aware of:

*Use my credit card to buy store Visa credit cards. Use store Visa credit card to buy money orders. Deposit money orders into personal checking account. Cut check to landlord.

*Plastiq service - it's my understanding they would charge my credit card and cut a physical check. 3% fee.

Any suggestions would be most appreciated!
