I’m not cleared for lower body workouts so I’ve been trying not to do anything crazy as I continue to heal. I have been doing some light upper body workouts with resistance bands and light weights. Well as the weather has gotten nice obviously yard work comes with that and today I did a lot of it. No heavy lifting just cleaning up and mowing I have a zero turn so I sit. I have about an acre of land so it takes a while cleaning up obviously. Anyway I didn’t have any issues all day but after I started to relax and get ready for bed I definitely noticed the groin area was sore. Not in pain or anything, just mild discomfort. Definitely going to take it easy and may just have to do things over a few days till I’m more healed. Monday I have my doctors appointment and I have a few questions written down to ask. I’ll definitely post the answer and questions.
