Hi everyone, It’s been a year or two since my last post here and I’d love to start 2023 with some new penpals :)

A little about me: My boyfriend and I moved to Canada in early 2022 for work. To be honest, we miss our home in Australia terribly, but we’re here for the next few years at least and are making the best of living in a big city after coming from a small beach town.

I’m an introvert who needs to be extroverted at work, so as soon as I leave the office I love to retreat into my quiet, peaceful hobbies. Aside from writing letters to regular penpals, I do some volunteer letter writing for charity and a lot of Postcrossing. I love crafting, especially crochet, which I like to pair with a YouTube vid or atrocious trash reality show streaming in the background. I’m also a big food lover - I like to spend my weekends walking to a new coffee roasters, farmer’s market or restaurant to enjoy a meal or gather ingredients for some kind of cooking experiment at home. I'm also trying hard to exercise more in the new year as a result of said cooking experiments ;)

I enjoying writing chatty, upbeat letters that meander along for a good few pages…like grabbing coffee with an old friend, expect in snail mail form :) I find I usually get along best with female-identifying penpals, but happy to hear from anyone who thinks we will get along. Hoping to hear from you soon!
