So I've got an MSI something something, the charging port kinda broke off the board it was connected and the pins stopped making contact unless I held it in a certain place. So I soldered the port in place and now it works fine, except now it overheats into the 90 Cs when I plug it in. Is there like current escaping through the solder or something? Should I just resolder it in a way to avoid that? My first instinct was to take it to the service center, but I purchased it in a different country so they won't see it in the country am in. It will be a while before I go back the country where I purchased it.
