What’s a cheap, upgradeable laptop for under $250?

I’m looking to build my own gaming laptop and wanted to know what laptop would be good for that. I want a 1080p display(or at least upgradable to that), A disc drive ( for room for an ssd or hdd), upgradability for a gaming CPU, and an upgradable internal GPU( if possible) and a backlit keyboard(or mod)(if possible). I know it’s probably a stupid question
