Help, my mouse is acting up after I installed Oblivion.
Post Body

So I decided to pop the Game Of The Year Edition CD version of Oblivion and just after, just after installing it, my mouse cursor's loading animation would not play anymore and the normal mouse cursor and waiting mouse cursor got fuzzy and I thought "eh, that's fine" but hold on a minute, when I try to move my mouse around; it moves around by itself at times and moving it can be a pain in the arse, does anyone know what I should do?

Edit: Thanks /u/Dannydew and /u/Laughing_man for the help (It helped significantly but either my mouse is arse or I need a proper mousepad). apparently; you gotta edit the Oblivion.INI (Documents->My Games->Oblivion) INI settings as seen here: http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/881247-windows-8-a-frozen-mousecursor/, oh and avoid Avast; it does more harm than good.

Edit again: Still a bit of mouse issues, I am scanning with Malwarebytes and will give an update soon.

Edit once again: And I scanned it but once again, mouse still moves by itself even after the scan (nothing wrong according to Malwarebytes) and after changing the ini configuration. Why???

Final Edit: Well guys, I have unfortunate news. I had to do a system restore so I will have to fall back to Skyrim. No Cyrodiilic Brandy for me.
