Addressable aura 3 pin hub powered by sata??

Hey peeps, quick question I hope, I have a set of 3 pin aura rgb 3 pin fans and unfortunately my mobo only has the older 4 pin rgb header, can someone recommend a cheap addressable fan hub that I can connect the fans to to control them individually?

I know I can get a cheap sata to 3 pin adaptor like this: https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Jonsbo-AURA-RGB-Fan-Controller-SATA-LED-Light-Strips-5V-3Pin-Remote-Control-R1BO-/164310425360?_trksid=p2349624.m46890.l49292 and use splitters but then I don't get individual control over the LEDs on each fan.

Any solutions?
