THOUSANDS of transactions are missing in history

Trying to redo my books since I opened my business and I just came to realize everything before 2017 is no longer showing under my activity history! Period between 2014-2016, I probably had thousands of transactions and now I’m unable to access any of it. Tried logging on to mobile and desktop version with no luck whatsoever.

EDIT: I can go through my email and find old email notifications of the transactions with the transaction ID, click it, and go to the transaction detail on PayPal, but when I click on “activity” to back out and see all my activity, it doesn’t show. This is insane!
