So I had a member pledge $5 to unlock my lowest tier. I have 5 videos available on that tier now. He cancelled a few minutes after and left this survey saying he didn’t receive benefits and that he was overcharged but it said he paid the correct amount. I also had another person pay $5 and cancelled saying he was overcharged? And it says scam by his survey so is he still able to see my content? And do I still get his $5 or was it refunded?
