Tips for playing with wrist/hand problems

I love PoE and sadly I didn't heed caution when reddit said to take breaks and stretch. People you should do so or suffer like me. I believe I have carpal tunnel (going to get it checked out Monday after months of symptoms) and I was wondering what tips, builds, or tricks people may have to playing the game if they don't want to overuse their hands.

I don't want to have to limit my time playing PoE, especially the first week of a new league or when playing the upcoming races.

I was thinking a RF build with some sort of USB pedal (Not sure how plausible that is).

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
