He could not do my job!

What is wrong with them!!!! Seriously, I came back to work for a solo where I set up all the procedures and templates. He hired whomever for the last 4 years and the last lady was the worst. She didn't save as ANYTHING so all my templates are gone. She worked here for 10 weeks and didn't save much and what she did save doesn't have dates or anything. So any file will have client letter 1, 2, etc.

All he can say is that he doesn't understand why I can't keep up. 🫥🖕🤬🤬🤬

I have explained and he is still saying the same shit! I mean come on, I have to literally recreate every wheel and open every document to see what the hell it is.

What do y'all think?
