Manual breathing
Post Body

Whenever I feel a symptom of a panic attack, like tightness in my chest or I think about my health I start to manually breath. This lasts for around 10-20 minutes before I'm able to stop.

But my mind always makes me think about something health related and whenever it happens I start to manually breath again.

I hate manually breathing. It doesn't feel like I'm living. Sometimes it leads to panic attacks. I even went to the ER once because of it. When I'm Manually breathing I think about everything regarding my health.

I feel my heart and it makes me nervous. I overthink every tingle or blood movement I feel making it worse.

Have any of you guys had a similar problem??

Any ways to stop this? It's really annoying.
