I have a 2600X on an ASRock b450m Pro4 with Kingston HyperX 3600CL17 B-Die.
I managed to find stable settings at 3400MT/s, 1.4V, 1.05V SoC, 14-17-14-30-44-1T(GDM). Memtest runs for hours with no errors but when I restart after doing memory intensive tasks (stress test, some games) the system will hang while memory training. Resetting a couple of times lets the system boot again. This does not happen when booting cold.
I feel like the warm DIMMs or IMC can't handle the training while cold they can. Any tips on what settings to tweak to improve this bahavior?
