I sent multiple support requests through multiple channels over the past few weeks while waiting for my tracking number email. I received the #myouyaiscoming email on May 23, and was getting worried since I hadn't received a tracking number or anything else since then. Support was slow to respond, but they finally did. Also, I received the "Your OUYA is on the move" email yesterday!

I know a lot of people are angry at OUYA's lack of adequate communication, but remember that Kickstarter is not a pre-order service, it's an investment platform, and investments have inherent risk.

Hang in there!

I'm happy to have backed OUYA, even though I may not receive my console before the public launch. The important thing is that we all helped bring this thing to fruition, even if it was very late. Now let's focus on the next step - helping OUYA grow.

I still believe in the idea, I still believe the revolution will be televised.
