I’m at my wits end trying to deal with the NSLSC and it’s like they’re trying to make this impossible on purpose and I don’t know what else to do at this point.
I’ve been low income since I left college in 2018 so I’ve always been on RAP and I have never had an issue when reapplying every 6 months, they have never asked me to upload anything.
This time they asked for proof of December’s income in the form of a statement from EI, so I uploaded it. First time it got rejected because it didn’t show my name so I had to borrow a computer because on my phone it wouldn’t show my name. I uploaded the same documents with my name showing, it showed how much I make per month, as well as the days I got paid, how much and for what period.
I didn’t hear anything back for a while so I called a few days ago, the person on the phone literally looked at everything I submitted and said that it was perfect and I didn’t have to worry, I just needed to wait for them to review it and that they were fine.
Then just now I got an email AGAIN saying that my application was incomplete and I need to upload proof of December’s income. I’m literally just sitting here crying now and I’m just mentally exhausted with dealing with this, my loan is past due now because it’s been taking so long to deal with this and my application is supposed to be closed within the next week. I don’t know what else I am supposed to do, I even offered to send in a bank statement and they said they didn’t want that, just exactly what I already submitted.
Please help me, I literally don’t know what else I can do; it doesn’t even tell me what’s wrong with what I submitted to try and fix it and there is nothing else available to me on the MSCA website to submit to them showing my proof of income.
