So, I live in a country where people simply don't do opiates - we do have a crack problem, though. I'm an upper guy - my drug of choice is cocaine, but recently I've been buying morphine or sometimes oxy from a drug store (without a prescription, the pharmacist just sells to me whatever I want). Today I bought 4 boxes of morphine 10mg (200 pills), I took a few pills and I'm also doing some coke. Cocaine is a hell of a drug and I really wanted to stop using it for good, and I noticed that I can control myself around opioids MUCH more than with coke. I know it sounds crazy (changing an addiction to another), but I don't feel the craving with opiates as much as I feel with coke. I understand that opioids are very, very addictive - but somehow I find it much easier to take a break from them (weeks, months), but not from the fucking cocaine. In fact, when I take some morphine I don't think about coke at all. Am I making a mistake?
