How long does it take for a health card to arrive in the mail ? I renewed mine Feb 13 and still nothing

I read on a thread here it could take up to 2 months, is that true ?
(I was not given a temporary paper with the new card number at the Service Ontario I visited)
EDIT: I called them today, the clerk did not initiate the renewal, will go gain. (lack of a temporary paper was a red flag)
