Is there standardized pricing for video?

When I get customs booked, I usually charge $15 a minute bc there's usually requests and it takes time to prep etc etc. But I've seen folks go as low as $5 a minute and as high as $25, with someone even saying that $25 a min with a 5 minute minimum is an industry standard.
Is that something that you've noticed as well? Or does it kinda vary person to person?
