payout request cannot be processed? (Canadian bank with USD account)

So ive been taking payouts in the past year into my Canadian bank account with no issues. Recently I opened a USD account and I had deposite the money into the USD account once, however when I try to do it second time, it wasn't successful. Below is the message I got, I also didn't edit the bank info after successfully deposited first time. any fellows had the same issue?
