We have had a couple's OF account for almost 3 years. Made a decent amount of revenue in that time. About 1 year ago, OF started flagging our content for having two people... No duh, we are a couple, always have been and we BOTH verified to start the profile. We didn't put up a fight, Mr Freckled signed a release and we tagged that in all content featuring him.

Well something happened, not sure what, but now OF is saying that we are not verified, and they have limited our profile. We can post to our feed (que'd up posts) but no one can visit our page or sign up, and OF has stopped paying out.

Since then, we have:
1.) Emailed back and forth with support who seems to send us canned replies again and again
2.) Created a whole other OF profile for Mrs Freckled and verified her
3.) Submitted the release form 6 times (rejected every time for an error?)

Has anyone else reached a real human at OF to handle an issue like this?

OR has anyone gotten their way out of this mess? What finally worked? We haven't "changed" anything. Our content features us, always has, always will.
