Demoralized from all the algorithms

It’s so frustrating that success requires manipulating ever changing algorithms: reddit, tiktok, Instagram, twitter. It’s frustrating putting so much effort into my posts on all these platforms only for them to bomb when they used to perform quite well. New subs ask me “Your content is very high quality. Why don’t you have more followers?” Answer: IDK.
So, how do you find the motivation to keep going when it feels like you’re efforts are suppressed by the algorithms?
