For as long as I can remember, I've been a backround character. Don't get me wrong, I have no real interest of being "in the spotlight", as fun as it may be to daydream about it. But it seems like I'm never on anybody's mind. Ill go days without my phone going off. Sometimes, weeks. And when it does, its my dad or my brother or my mom... People who have a social obligation to keep in touch.

I know I'm unique. I know im interesting. I'm intelligent. I work hard. I'm pleasant to talk to and I've been told countless times by many people that I have a soothing voice. So, im not bad company... I'm just not appealing to be around or talk to, I guess.

I work my ass off, I come home, I make myself dinner and watch some TV, wake up, do some chores around my house, and go to work. Rinse and repeat.

Throughout the day, I check my phone and there's nothing. If someone flags me down at work or messages me (maybe get such messages a few times a year), they're asking me about someone else, probably asking about a family member or they just want something from me.

I couldn't even tempt people to come to my new house with a cookout on a Sunday. Planned it out 2 weeks prior and only about 3 or 4 friends showed up and they were gone before I even finished the first plate of burgers. My family was pretty much ass that was left after that. And about 3 times as many people blew it off entirely than even showed up at all.

I'm just sick of being ignored
